AUCTION INSPECTION: Tuesday, March 5th, 10 AM - 2 PM

AUCTION END DATE: Thursday, March 7th, beginning with Lot #1 at 10:30 AM & 1 lot every minute, thereafter.

VEHICLE PICK-UP DATES: ALL VEHICLES MUST BE PAID FOR & PICKED UP BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on Thursday, March 7, 12:30 PM - 5 PM; Friday, March 8, 8 AM - 5 PM; and Saturday, March 9, 10 AM - 2 PM.  Once the auction has ended and invoices have been emailed to winning bidders, the Meeks Towing staff will call each winning bidder, to schedule an appointment. AUTO-EXTENDED BIDDING: Our auctions feature a Simulated Live Auction Experience with staggered closings, auto-extend bidding and bid notifications. This allows items to close at a pre-determined rate of 1 item per minute. When combined with auto-extend bidding, the closing time of individual lots will be extended when a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes of the auction. This allows you a chance to place a final bid on an item you may have otherwise missed, and closely simulates a "live auction” experience.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS: There is a $100.00 credit card authorization required upon registering to bid. The authorization should not post to your account. Cash, credit cards and business checks are accepted as payment, and must be made, in person, at the time of your pick up appointment. Government issued picture ID will be required for all credit card payments and a 4% surcharge will be applied to your total. There is a limit of $2,000, for payment made by credit card.

INSPECTION & PREVIEW: We want you to get the best deal possible and encourage you to inspect all items before bidding. No touching of items in the vehicles will be permitted. All due diligence belongs to the bidder. We encourage you to buy a CarFax report, if you'd like all known work performed on the vehicle, and any possible  accidents. If you have any questions pertaining to bidding please call or text Natalie at 757-287-8797 BEFORE placing a bid!

WARRANTY, CONDITIONS & DESCRIPTIONS: All items are sold as-is, where-is, with NO warranties expressed or implied, and there are NO refunds. Please read the description & examine the photos when bidding. We strongly encourage you to inspect the equipment at the designated preview time. Neither the auctioneer nor the seller makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to said property.

AUCTION RULES FOR PROSPECTIVE BUYER: Placing a bid contractually binds you to paying for an item. If you win a bid, payment is required, whether or not you pick up your item(s). There will be no refunds or chargebacks allowed on any item, for any reason whatsoever.
Bidder information provided at registration, on Auction757.com, will be the name and address placed on the Bill of Sale and Affidavit of Meeks Towing. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure all paperwork received is correct, including Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs). If any information is incorrect, Meeks Towing personnel will make the appropriate corrections within twenty-four (24) hours.

Compliance: No changes will be made to the Bill of Sale or Affidavit of Compliance.

REMOVAL: We do NOT provide any tools / labor associated with item removal.

Repair work on purchase vehicles is NOT PERMITTED within the towing compound (except inflating flat tires and jump starts). Vehicles may be removed from the lot by driving or towing, but buyers should plan on towing, in most cases. When removing vehicles from the lot, proof of ownership must be shown to Meeks Towing personnel at the gate.

ABANDONED ITEMS: Any vehicle not picked up by 2 PM on March 9, 2024 will be considered abandoned. Failure to remove vehicles by the specified time will forfeit your rights to the vehicles. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made! Any items not picked up by deadline may be discarded, removed, resold or stored at the seller’s discretion. 

ADDITIONAL FEES: If a key was made for the vehicle, it will be noted in the description, and the key fee will be added to the final purchase price of the vehicle. Keys made are to work the ignition only; they may not work the doors or trunk.  In addition, a $50 pull out fee will be charged to the final price of each vehicle. If you choose to pay by credit card, a surcharge of 4% will be added to the invoice total. If you are unable to pick up your vehicle(s) by Saturday at 2 PM, you will be charged a storage fee of $50/day/vehicle, until the vehicle(s) is/are removed from the towing compound. The minimum storage fee will be $100/vehicle.

Additional Notes:

• Meeks Towing reserves the right to remove any vehicle from auction, for any reason.
• Failure to comply with all rules will result in being banned from future Meeks Towing and Auction757.com auctions.

·       Meeks Towing is selling these vehicles under the Abandoned Vehicle codes of Virginia. Beware that some vehicles may have been previously titled as salvage. No titles are provided; however, all necessary paperwork is provided for the buyer to obtain the title from the Department of Motor Vehicles.

• Meeks Towing is not responsible for any arrangements made between a buyer and private contractors.
• When you place a bid and are notified of winning an item, the item is contractually yours, and any fees associated with moving, removing, discarding, storing or collecting payment whether physical or legal are your responsibility.
