AUCTION RULES FOR PROSPECTIVE BUYERS: Placing a bid contractually binds you to paying for an item. We STRONGLY recommend that you read ALL Terms below BEFORE placing your first bid, to avoid any surprises or misunderstandings.
If you win a bid, payment is required, whether or not you pick up your item(s). 
There will be no refunds or chargebacks allowed on any item, for any reason whatsoever.
Bidder information provided at registration, on Auction757.com, will be the name and address placed on the Bill of Sale and Affidavit of GB's Towing. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure all paperwork received is correct, including Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs). If any information is incorrect, GB's Towing personnel will make the appropriate corrections within twenty-four (24) hours.

Compliance: No changes will be made to the Bill of Sale or Affidavit of Compliance.

AUCTION INSPECTION: Tuesday, April 30, 10 AM - 2 PM

AUCTION END DATE: Thursday, May 2nd, beginning with Lot #1 at 10:30 AM & 1 lot every minute thereafter.

VEHICLE PICK-UP: ALL VEHICLES MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on Thursday, May 2nd, 1 PM - 5 PM; Friday, May 3rd, 8 AM - 5 PM; and Saturday, May 4th, 10 AM - 2 PM.  Once the auction has ended and invoices have been emailed to winning bidders, the GB's Towing staff will call each winning bidder, to schedule an appointment. AUTO-EXTENDED BIDDING: Our auctions feature a Simulated Live Auction Experience with staggered closings, auto-extend bidding and bid notifications. This allows items to close at a pre-determined rate of 1 item per minute. When combined with auto-extend bidding, the closing time of individual lots will be extended when a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes of the auction. This allows you a chance to place a final bid on an item you may have otherwise missed, and closely simulates a "live auction” experience.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS: There is a $100.00 credit card authorization required upon initial online registration. The funds are held as pending, and released withing 24 hours. Cash, credit cards and business checks are accepted as payment, and must be made, in person, at the time of appointment. Government issued picture ID will be required for all credit card payments and a 4% surcharge will be applied to your total. There is a limit of $2,000, for payment made by credit card.

INSPECTION & PREVIEW: We want you to get the best deal possible and encourage you to inspect all items before bidding. No touching of vehicles will be permitted. WARRANTY, CONDITIONS & DESCRIPTIONS: All items are sold as-is, where-is, with NO warranties expressed or implied, and there are NO refunds. Please read the description & examine the photos when bidding. We strongly encourage you to inspect the equipment at the designated preview time. Neither the auctioneer nor the seller makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to said property.

REMOVAL: We do NOT provide any tools / labor associated with item removal.

Repair work on purchase vehicles is NOT PERMITTED within the towing compound (including, but not limited to flat tires and jump starts). Vehicles may be removed from the lot by driving or towing, but buyers should plan on towing, in most cases. When removing vehicles from the lot, proof of ownership must be shown to GB's Towing personnel at the gate.

ABANDONED ITEMS: Any vehicle not picked up by 2 PM on May 4th will be considered abandoned. Failure to remove vehicles by the specified time will forfeit your rights to the vehicles. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made! Any items not picked up by deadline may be discarded, removed, resold or stored at the seller’s discretion. 

ADDITIONAL FEES: If a key was made for the vehicle, it will be noted in the description, and the key fee will be added to the final purchase price of the vehicle. Keys made are to work the ignition only; they may not work the doors or trunk.  In addition, a $50 pull out fee will be charged to the final price of each vehicle. If you choose to pay by credit card, a surcharge of 4% will be added to the invoice total.

Additional Notes:

• GB's Towing reserves the right to remove any vehicle from auction.
• Failure to comply with all rules will result in being banned from future GB's Towing and Auction757.com auctions.

·       GB's Towing is selling these vehicles under the Abandoned Vehicle codes of Virginia. Beware that some vehicles may have been previously titled as salvage. No titles are provided; however, all necessary paperwork is provided for the buyer to obtain the title from the Department of Motor Vehicles.

• GB's Towing is not responsible for any arrangements made between a buyer and private contractors.
• When you place a bid and are notified of winning an item, the item is contractually yours, and any fees associated with moving, removing, discarding or collecting payment whether physical or legal are your responsibility.
