AUCTION END DATE: Tuesday, November 24th, 2020 @ 10:30AM with lot #1.
AUCTION INSPECTION: Monday, November 23rd, 2020 from 9AM - 3PM
AUCTION PICKUP TIME: Pick up for ALL items will start Wednesday, November 25th, 2020 from 9AM - 5PM by appointment only. We will not be open on Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 26th HOWEVER pick up will continue on Friday, November 27th from 9AM - 5PM. Buyers will have 10 total days to remove ALL items from the auction site, with the Last & Final day being on Friday, December 4th 2020 by appointment only. ALL items not picked up within the 10 day removal period (November 25th, 2020 - December 4th, 2020) will be considered abandoned, no exceptions! Buyer is responsible for any equipment and/or labor to remove. ALL plumbing & electrical disconnects will be preformed by a licensed contractor at the store owners expense. The buyer will NOT have to disconnect any plumbing or electrical, however items will have to be dismantled & removed at buyers expense.
INSPECTION & PREVIEWS: We want you to get the best deal possible and encourage you to inspect all items before bidding. Due to the number of items we sell, we do NOT have time to test everything. WARRANTY, CONDITIONS & DESCRIPTIONS: All items are sold as-is, where-is, with NO warranties expressed or implied. Please read the description & examine the photos when bidding. If there is any doubt when viewing an item, go by the description as photographs can sometimes be misleading or otherwise inaccurate. Most importantly, we heavily encourage you to come preview the items before the auction starts to close. Neither the auctioneer nor the seller makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to said property. All sales are final!
PAYMENT: The credit card in your profile will be charged immediately following the end of the auction, UNLESS prior notice is given to Auctioneer in regards to wanting to pay with cash or check. You must notify us via email or call, atleast 1 hour before auction closing, if you want to pay with cash or check. We charge a buyers premium of 15% on all purchases. If you bid $100, your total will be $115.00 after premium plus any applicable sales tax. Only cash payment will have buyers premium discounted from 15% down to 12%. Any winning bidder not picking up and/or paying agrees that the credit card on file will be charged the full amount of purchase including 15% buyers premium & tax.
AUTO-EXTEND BIDDING: Our auctions feature a Simulated Live Auction Experience with staggered closings, auto-extend bidding and bid notifications. This allows items to close at a pre-determined rate of 1 item per minute. When combined with auto-extend bidding, the closing time of individual lots will be extended if a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes of that specific auction item closing. This allows you a chance to place a final bid on an item you may have otherwise missed, and closely simulates the "live auction experience".
Sales Tax: All lots are sold subject to Virginia Sales Tax unless bidder has filled out a VIRGINIA SALES TAX EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE and has such certificate on file with Auctioneer prior to the end of auction.
Pickup / Removal: All items must be removed on specified removal dates. If someone else is picking your items up for you, they must have the invoice with them in order to remove the items. Bidders are responsible for all costs involved with the dismantle & removal of their purchases & any and all damages incurred during removal of purchases. We WILL disconnect ALL plumbing & electrical hook ups before removal, however we do NOT dismantle, assist or provide any tools / labor associated with item removal. If there are any questions as to what tools or labor are necessary for a particular item, please contact us before bidding.
Abandoned Items: Any items not picked up on specified removal days or scheduled to ship, may be discarded, removed, resold or stored at the seller's discretion. When you place a bid and/or are notified of winning an item, the item is now contractually yours and any fees associated with moving, removing, discarding or collecting payment whether physical or legal are the responsibility of the bidder.
Returned Checks: ANY checks returned for any reason, the buyer agrees to pay a $35 returned check fee & any expenses incurred by auctioneer, including legal and attorney fees, to collect monies due.
